Webank's customer-driven campaign comes back with a simple core message: “Eccezionale perché ci siete voi”.("Exceptional because of you.") This campaign recognized the unwavering commitment to their clients, and their dedication to listening and actively responding to customer needs. Webank's exceptional reputation wasn't just about their financial expertise but also about the customers who actively shaped their offerings. This campaign symbolized the pivotal role customers played in making Webank exceptional.

Within the rhythm of parkour, the story becomes exceptional thanks to the suggestions of the users that have a positive influence on its development.

The narrative continued from the previous campaign, using human hands to sketch elements of real life.
The sketches seamlessly transitioned into a smartphone, weaving a compelling story.
These “helping hands” were symbolic, representing the customers and their ideas.
Expanding on this concept, this time we challenge a young man to achieve the extraordinary… and get the girl of course.

The campaign wasn't just a nod to its previous success;
it also introduced Webank's redesigned website and the banking app.
The app was tailored to customer habits and needs, putting control in the user's hands. It offered features like shaking to view balances, associating emotions and memories with transactions using images, and geolocation via the province image on the home page. A substantial offering was the 120 euros in gift vouchers extended to new customers opening a Webank account, a heartfelt thank you for joining their exceptional journey.
